Discover the rich, full-bodied flavor of Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains, where altitude, soil, and dedication come together to produce coffee of exceptional character.
Each bean is cultivated by local farmers who are part of the Busongora North Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative, ensuring traceability, sustainability, and fairness from crop to cup.
From the high slopes of the Rwenzori, over 500 farming families contribute to this exceptional coffee. Each farmer is registered with a unique ID that traces their beans directly back to the land. The cherries are handpicked, carefully sorted, and processed at local wash stations in Kajole, Kithoma, and Kaswa Parishes — then sun-dried, milled, and prepared for export in Kasese.
Beyond the cup, this coffee represents empowerment and equity. Two-thirds of the farmers are women like Rawomesi Nzukwa, a single mother who supports her family through coffee cultivation. Through Direct Trade partnerships, they receive fair prices and training in sustainable, organic practices — helping them build a better future and break cycles of generational poverty.
Why you’ll love it:
✔ Balanced & Flavorful — Smooth body with sweet brown sugar and caramel undertones.
✔ Traceable & Ethical — Each batch is linked directly to the farmer who grew it.
✔ Empowering Communities — Supporting over 500 families through fair trade.
✔ Sustainably Grown — Educating farmers in organic and regenerative farming.
Why thousands of coffee lovers choose Premium Roast Reserve:
“Coffee tastes better when every cup uplifts the hands that grew it.”

Freshly Roasted to Order
At Premium Roast Reserve, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh, just for you. We do not keep pre-roasted coffee in stock. Each order is custom roasted, labeled, and packaged only after it’s placed, ensuring your coffee arrives at the peak of flavor.
Order Processing
- When you place an order, it is automatically imported into our roasting system.
- Payment must successfully process before your order enters our production queue. Orders awaiting payment will not be roasted or shipped until payment is complete.
- Orders in the queue are processed daily, with batches roasted the following business day.
- Each morning, our roasters begin roasting and preparing packages for shipment.
If you need to modify an order, contact us immediately at orders@temeculacoffeeroasters.com with:
- Your order number
- The SKU to change
- The new SKU or label number you’d like shipped
Please note: Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be modified. Changes made in your online store after fulfillment do not affect our roasting system.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Every coffee order follows this handcrafted timeline:
- Roast-to-Ship Time: 3–5 business days
(Roasting and fulfillment times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.) - Shipping Transit Time: 1–5 business days, depending on location
- ~2 days within Southern California
- ~5 days to East Coast or remote areas
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from the order date.
We do not offer expedited shipping, as each roast-to-order process requires time to ensure freshness and quality.
Shipping Methods
Each order is shipped using the most efficient and cost-effective carrier based on package size and destination:

USPS First Class
2–8 bags
USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate or Regional)

All orders ship from our roasting facility via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
Tracking & Label Information
Once your order has been processed for roasting, a shipping label is created and tracking becomes active.
If tracking shows “Pre-Shipment” for an extended period, it usually means:
- The order is still in the roasting queue, or
- A custom label for that SKU is not yet assigned.
Orders without product labels cannot ship and will remain on hold until labeling is complete.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. Most international shipments are sent via USPS First Class International.
Please note:
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary greatly by destination and customs processing.
- International shipments cannot be guaranteed and are non-refundable once shipped.
- International orders represent a small portion of total shipments but account for a higher percentage of shipping-related issues.
We recommend reviewing USPS’s country-specific service information before placing an international order.
Delivery Expectations
Your customers can expect freshly roasted coffee — not coffee that has been sitting in a warehouse. While delivery may take a few extra days, the reward is a cup of coffee that’s roasted to order and reaches its peak flavor just after arrival.
We believe freshness is worth the wait.
